Owl Uygulamalı Teknik Bilimler Üniversitesi (Technische Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe (TH OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts)), Almanya'nın Bielefeld şehrinde yer alan devlet bir yükseköğretim kurumudur. Founded in 1971 as a university of applied sciences (Fachhochschule); adopted the 'Technische Hochschule' (TH OWL) designation in 2019. Approximately 5,600-5,700 students with around 173 professors; main campus in Lemgo plus campuses in Detmold and Höxter (North Rhine-Westphalia). A public/state university of applied sciences and arts (Technische Hochschule / Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften), distinct from any research Universität. One of the ten most research-intensive universities of applied sciences in Germany; admitted to the European University Association (EUA) in 2010.

Almanca eğitim veren programlar için genellikle C1 seviyesinde Almanca (DSH/TestDaF) ve uygun bir not ortalaması; İngilizce programlar için IELTS/TOEFL ve ilgili alandan diploma istenir.
